| ELIGIBILITY: The Punt, Pass, Feast Game (“Game”) is only open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older. Officers, directors and employees of Firehouse Subs System Fund, 3400 Kori Road; Jacksonville, FL 32257 (“Sponsor”), and its parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, distributors, sales representatives, prize providers, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”), and each of their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each, are ineligible to participate in the Game. Void where prohibited by law.
HOW TO GET A GAME PIECE: Beginning on or about January 4, 2010 through February 7, 2010 (the “Promotion Period”) get one (1) Official Game Piece with each purchase at a participating Firehouse Subs location. Limit one (1) Game Piece per person per store visit. Game pieces will be available while supplies last. To get an Official Game Piece without making a purchase send a self addressed stamped envelope (Vermont residents may omit return postage) to: Punt, Pass, Feast Game Piece Request, C/O SCA Promotions, Inc. 3030 Lyndon B. Johnson Freeway, Suite 300; Dallas, TX 75234. Limit one (1) request per outer mailing envelope. All Official Game Piece requests must be postmarked by February 8, 2010 and received by February 12, 2010.
TO SEE WHAT PRIZE YOU WIN: Completely scratch-off the area of your Official Game Piece where indicated to reveal your prize. You win the prize specified, subject to verification of eligibility. All potential winners are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the Official Rules before any prize will be awarded.
TO CLAIM A FREE PRODUCT PRIZE: On your next visit to a Firehouse Subs location, present your entire Official Game Piece when ordering. All Free Product Prizes must be claimed by February 28, 2010. Limit one (1) Free Product Prize coupon per purchase. Cannot be combined with any other coupon or offer. Void if reproduced, copied, transferred, expired and where prohibited or restricted. Consumer pays any sales tax.
TO CLAIM THE GRAND PRIZE: Mail your entire Official Game Piece (make sure to keep a copy for your records) containing the entire Official Grand Prize Message (facsimiles and reproductions not accepted) in a sealed, stamped and hand printed #10 envelope via registered, certified or express mail (return receipt requested), along with your complete name, address (no P.O. Boxes), zip code, date of birth, daytime telephone number, and email address (if available) hand printed in ink on a 3” x 5” piece of paper to: Punt, Pass, Feast Grand Prize Claim, C/O SCA Promotions, Inc. 3030 Lyndon B. Johnson Freeway, Suite 300; Dallas, TX 75234 to be postmarked by March 1, 2010 and received by March 5, 2010, or Grand Prize will be forfeited. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of delivery. No facsimiles, copies or reproductions accepted.
If due to printing, production or other errors, more prizes are claimed than intended, the intended prize will be awarded in a random drawing from all those submitting purportedly valid claims. No more than the number of prizes set forth in these Official Rules will be awarded. Official Game Pieces not legitimately obtained and/or used in accordance with these rules are void. ALL POTENTIAL WINNING OFFICIAL GAME PIECES ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING. A PARTICIPANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE, EVEN IF HIS/HER OFFICIAL GAME PIECE SHOULD SO INDICATE, UNLESS AND UNTIL SAID PARTICIPANT’S ELIGIBILITY AND THE OFFICIAL GAME PIECE HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND SAID PARTICIPANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE.
PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE/ODDS: UNCLAIMED/UNREDEEMED PRIZES WILL NOT BE AWARDED.
One (1) Grand Prize is available. The Grand Prize consists of a 4-day/3-night trip for the winner and one (1) guest to Arlington, TX in February 2011 to attend the Big Game. Grand Prize includes round-trip, coach-class air transportation for the winner and one (1) guest, three (3) nights’ hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy), ground transportation to/from Big Game, a gift bag, and a pair of admission tickets to the Big Game. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $11,500. Odds of winning the Grand Prize are 1:770,000.
The winner’s travel companion must be eighteen (18) years of age or older. Winner and his or her travel companion must travel together on the same itinerary and possess all required travel documents, including a valid photo ID. Air transportation tickets are non-refundable/non-transferable and are not valid for upgrades and/or frequent flyer miles. All air transportation tickets are subject to the vagaries of flight variation, work stoppages and schedule or route changes. ARV for Grand Prize may vary depending upon points of departure and destination and fare fluctuations. If the closest airport to the Grand Prize winner’s home is in close enough proximity to destination city so that, as Sponsor may determine in its sole discretion, a flight is unnecessary, such Grand Prize winner will receive alternate transportation from the Sponsor with no further obligation to the winner. Grand Prize winner will not receive cash or any other form of compensation if actual travel costs are less than the Grand Prize ARV in these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to structure the travel route and select hotels in its sole discretion. In the event winner and/or his/her travel companion engages in behavior that (as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion) is obnoxious or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the trip or other applicable experience early, in whole or in part, and send winner and/or his or her travel companion home with no further compensation.
All travel must take place on dates designated by Sponsor. Dates of departure and return are subject to change in Sponsor’s sole discretion. If winner is unable to participate in the trip during the dates designated by Sponsor, the Grand Prize will be forfeited in its entirety. In the event the Grand Prize winner is able to participate in the trip during the dates designated by Sponsor but the big game listed in the Grand Prize description does not or cannot take place as scheduled or at all, for reasons including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, cancellations, postponement, an event of force majeure, or for any other reason, then the Sponsor reserves the right to award the remainder of the Grand Prize with no further obligation to the winner. Excepting the preceding sentence, no cash alternative or prize substitutions will be allowed, except Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize(s) of comparable value if the Grand Prize listed or any portion thereof is unavailable for any reason.

115,500 Free Chips and Medium Fountain Drink Prizes are available. Each Free Chips and Medium Fountain Drink Prize contains a bag of chips and a medium fountain drink. The ARV of each Free Chips & Medium Fountain Drink Prize is $2.19. Odds of winning Free Chips and Medium Fountain Drink Prize are 1:7.
161,699 Free Cookies are available. The ARV of each Free Cookie Prize is $0.75. Odds of winning a Free Cookie Prize are 1:5.
462,000 Free Drink Prizes are available. Each Free Drink Prize consists of a free medium fountain drink. The ARV of each Free Drink Prize is $1.89. Odds of winning a Free Prize are 1:2.
Total ARV of all prizes combined is $1,440,311.25.
GENERAL PRIZE CONDITIONS. All costs and expenses incurred in connection with redeeming, accepting, or using a prize that are not specifically provided for herein are solely the responsibility of the applicable prize winner. Prizes not claimed in accordance with these Official Rules will not be awarded. No cash alternative or substitution of prizes will be allowed, except Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute prize(s) of comparable value if any prize listed is unavailable for any reason. All details and other restrictions of prizes not specified in these Official Rules will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The potential Grand Prize winner must execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and (where legal) a Publicity Release (collectively, “Prize Claim Documents”) within (10) days of notification. Non-compliance with the foregoing may result in disqualification and awarding of the Grand Prize to an alternate winner. The Grand Prize winner’s travel companion must sign and return applicable Prize Claim Documents prior to traveling. If any Grand Prize notification letter or prize is returned as undeliverable, winner may be disqualified. Each prize winner shall be solely responsible for any federal, state and/or local taxes incurred in claiming the prize. The winner of the Grand Prize will be issued a 1099 tax form in January following the receipt of the Grand Prize for the actual value of the Grand Prize.
SECOND CHANCE SWEEPSTAKES. If the Grand Prize claim is not received by 3/5/10 or if the Grand Prize winner is disqualified for any reason, the Grand Prize will be awarded in a Second Chance Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”), assuming a sufficient number of eligible entries are received. To enter the Sweepstakes, send a 3 x 5 piece of paper with your name, address, telephone number and date of birth to: Punt, Pass, Feast Game Second Chance Sweepstakes, C/O SCA Promotions, Inc. 3030 Lyndon B. Johnson Freeway, Suite 300; Dallas, TX 75234. All Sweepstakes entries must be postmarked by March 1, 2010 and received by March 5, 2010. Limit one (1) Sweepstakes entry per person. If necessary, a Grand Prize winner will be determined from all eligible entries received in a random drawing to be conducted on or about April 2, 2010. Odds of winning the Sweepstakes will depend upon the number of eligible entries received. The winner of the Sweepstakes, if any, will be notified by mail.
GENERAL. Acceptance of a prize constitutes winner’s permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, photograph, likeness, voice, biographical information, statements and address (city and state) for advertising and/or publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without further compensation. Entrants agree that the Promotion Entities (A) shall not be responsible or liable for, and are hereby released from, any and all costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including, without limitation, death and bodily injury, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in the Game or any Game-related activity, or from entrants’ acceptance, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of any prize, and (B) have not made any warranty, representation or guarantee express or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to any prize, including, without limitation, to such prize’s quality or fitness for a particular purpose. Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, misprinted, late, lost, damaged, stolen, or postage-due Grand Prize claims or Grand Prize notifications. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
GOVERNING LAW/JURISDICTION: ALL ISSUES AND QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE CONSTRUCTION, VALIDITY, INTERPRETATION AND ENFORCEABILITY OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES OR THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF ENTRANTS OR SPONSOR IN CONNECTION WITH THE GAME SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INTERNAL LAWS OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA WITHOUT GIVING EFFECT TO ANY CHOICE OF LAW OF CONFLICT OF LAW RULES OR PROVISIONS THAT WOULD CAUSE THE APPLICATION OF ANY OTHER STATE’S LAWS.
