Firehouse Subs is testing a gourmet sandwich menu called Cold Deli Heroes, which includes six new delicious sandwiches made with top-quality ingredients and unique flavor combinations. 100 Firehouse Subs restaurants across the country are debuting the new menu and if testing is successful, Cold Deli Heroes will roll out nationwide in 2016.
