Adults won't need to be Wolverine or Spider-Man to get free food as part of a new promotion from Firehouse Subs for National Superhero Day on April 28.

First responders and medical professionals such as firefighters, police officers, nurses, doctors, paramedics, EMS drivers, and healthcare professionals who can show valid identification or is in uniform at Firehouse Subs locations in Albany, Moultrie, and Tifton will be able to receive a Hook & Ladder sub.

“Firehouse Subs is built on decades of fire and police service so we have extra appreciation for our everyday superheroes,” said Firehouse Subs franchisee Brandon Jerkins. “We are honored to celebrate local first responders to thank them for the sacrifices they’ve made since the pandemic began.”

Kids that come dressed as a superhero will be eligible for a free kids meal as well for the festivities.
