Local SWAT team receives donation of lifesaving equipment from Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation

The Louisville Metro Police Department SWAT team received an advanced robot. The robot will be used in blind situations, instead of risking officer and K9 lives. It will allow the department to communicate with suspects, and survey and clear dangerous areas.
