- Can I still order from Firehouse Subs? Yes, there are many ways to order. Order online (Rapid Rescue to Go), call ahead, order and carryout (where permitted), or choose a delivery option, when available.
- Has the menu changed? In select locations, you may notice some items are temporarily unavailable. Please accept our apologies -- and ask the crew to recommend an alternate choice!
- Have store hours changed? Some locations may be open for abbreviated hours. Check the location’s information on our site to confirm.
- How is Firehouse Subs keeping our guests and crew members safe? The health and safety of our guests and crew members has always been our first priority. While some of the dining rooms are reopening we are continuing to promote social distancing by reconfiguring our dining areas, encouraging frequent handwashing and gloves by our crew, and removing guest touch-points like our hot sauce bar. Our beverage stations may also have a dedicated crew member serving your drinks.
