However, in order to avoid misunderstandings regarding the ownership of ideas or suggestions, we cannot review any unsolicited ideas, proposals, or submissions. This includes, without limitation, those related to products, services, technologies, marketing strategy, advertising campaigns, promotions, processes, or operational improvements. Rest assured, our staff is hard at work to develop and implement new menu items, services, equipment and techniques to create the best restaurant experience possible for our guests and franchise owners.

We always encourage feedback from our guests regarding their experience at a Firehouse Subs restaurant, with our food, or while visiting our website or mobile app. We welcome those comments through our online Contact Us form or by replying to the feedback email sent to your account’s registered email address.

By submitting your feedback, you agree that we may use your comments for any purpose and in any way, including but not limited to using it to improve or develop current or new Firehouse Subs products, services, or technologies.
