Official Rules 

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. This promotional giveaway (“Giveaway” or “Promotion”) is open to legal residents of South Carolina aged 18 or For BKC Internal Use Only (Rev.12.31.19) older. Employees of Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, agents, and vendors and the immediate family and household members of each are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

2. To Enter: Starting May 1, 2023 at 10:30AM, fill out the official entry form available at the participating FIREHOUSE SUBS® restaurant located at 148 Sapwood Road, Myrtle Beach, SC 29579, with your name, age, address, city, state, zip code and daytime telephone number and deposit your entry in the entry collection box. One entry per person. All entries must be received by May 1, 2023 by 9PM.

3. Prize Details: One (1) year of free medium Firehouse Sandwiches (one sandwich per week for 52 weeks for random winner and one sandwich per month for 12 months for 99 random winners). Prize fulfilled as 52 free sub cards and 12 free sub cards, valid only at the location shown. One redemption per week and one redemption per month. Prize is not transferable and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Restrictions may apply. No substitution or cash redemption of Prize allowed except at discretion of Sponsor. Approximate value of prize is (you can average medium sub prices and multiply by 52 and average medium sub prices and multiply by 12).

4. Drawing and Awarding of Prize(s)/Odds: Sponsor will select Winner at random from among all eligible entries received. Drawing will take place on or about May 2, 2023. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by telephone at the number listed on the entry form within 48 hours of the drawing. In the event Sponsor is unable to reach Winner after three attempts, Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify Winner and award prize to an alternate name drawn from among all eligible entries. If Prize(s) remains unclaimed after Sponsor’s reasonable attempts to award the Prize(s), the Prize will not be awarded. Limit one Prize per person or household.

5. Terms and Conditions: Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible or incomplete entries or for lost, late, misdirected or damaged Prize deliveries. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. All federal, state and local laws apply. Sponsor is not responsible for printing, technical or human errors occurring in the execution and administration of this Promotion and may rescind, cancel or revoke this drawing based upon any such error without liability and at its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of fraud, violating the Official Rules or attempting to undermine the fair play of the Giveaway. By participating in this Giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this Giveaway. Entrant agrees to waive all right to, and hold harmless, Sponsor from any loss, damage or expense arising out of or in connection with (a) Sponsor’s conduct or administration of the Giveaway or (b) entrant’s participation in this Giveaway or the acceptance, use or misuse of any prize. Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by state or federal courts situated in Myrtle Beach, SC, (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, exclusive of attorneys fees, (c) no punitive, incidental, special, consequential or other damages may be awarded, and (d) entrant hereby waives all rights to claim damages of any kind and all rights to have such damages multiplied or increased. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by Firehouse Restaurant Group.
